Friendly & professional staff, prompt care. Very attentive team. This is my third trip to this urgent care location over several years. I keep returning as the need arises because they’ve never disappointed me.
The wait when I was in a room was a while, but they were quick to inform me on what was wrong with my ear. They even gave me a sheet in the folder handed to me the specific kind of ear infection I had and how many times a day heat could be used to relieve pain. They then prescribed some medicine, and I went on with my day.
I thank the doctor for understanding my pain and treating me with respect . I am now able to move around.
Nurse and doctor were both attentive and helped me get to feeling better.
Service was great the doctor and nurse were attentive and caring.
