it would probably be easier for ALL PARTIES involved if the request for important forms/proofs/ papers needed, were given a bit more ahead of time, more time given to secure these documents, which are fundamental to you, within your every day work practices, may not be known by those who DO NOT work within the business... was this clear AT ALL? not very good at “delicate” expression! ?? other than that little snafu, we thought everyone was very professional, friendly and quite easy to work with! When the appraisal result was a surprise less than a week before closing and more negotiations were required, Todd managed to keep everything on schedule once we came to an agreement with only 3 full days before our original closing date. That kept everything we set up weeks in advance on track and made our lives so much easier during a challenging time.
Todd was available to answer any questions we had during the mortgage process. He and his staff were very pleasant to work with. Todd even called the day before closing to let us know if there were any questions or problems he would be available to help.
Todd is the best. Explains things in an easy to understand way. Walked me through the process. No hidden stuff or unexpected issues.
Todd was available to solve any problems when they arose and made the entire process less stressful
