When the appraisal result was a surprise less than a week before closing and more negotiations were required, Todd managed to keep everything on schedule once we came to an agreement with only 3 full days before our original closing date. That kept everything we set up weeks in advance on track and made our lives so much easier during a challenging time.
Todd was available to answer any questions we had during the mortgage process. He and his staff were very pleasant to work with. Todd even called the day before closing to let us know if there were any questions or problems he would be available to help.
Todd is the best. Explains things in an easy to understand way. Walked me through the process. No hidden stuff or unexpected issues.
