The mortgage experience was great. The closing less so - Key title didn't let me know until literally 30 minutes before closing WHERE I was supposed to go. They also didn't have a streamlined Covid closing process - I had to spend 45 minutes in the car signing lots and lots of paperwork, instead of doing most of it digitally.
