Told me that adding just an extra 50k down would have reduced my rate, reduced credit risk, and time consuming proofs of credit card zero balance letters. Even though MOA had access to all my information, they made me prove everything all the way up to the day before closing. The communication with the back office to close was very poor when sending emails for clarification. Todd knew his trade very well and educational but doesn’t know when to get off the phone.
