I think the biggest thing for me was the advanced and proactive communication that I received. I knew that Todd was on top of everything with his team. I never had to email because they had already emailed me. I didn’t have to chase them for a final cash to close amount because they already discussed everything with the client. It was just a really superior experience, and I was very happy to be able to work with them!
