The Buyer for whom Tom wrote the loan apparently needed a co-signer. This was not on their pre-approval, not part of the contract, and was never communicated to anyone on the seller side until the closing, when we were surprised to hear from the closer herself that "the room is going to be crowded b/c all FOUR buyers and their kids" would be there (there were only TWO buyers on the contract, EVER). There is not enough space in this small box to explain how terrible the experience was working with Tom. I had high hopes because of his experience but I was wrong. I had a very seasoned Realtor tell me not to use him and now I know why. NEVER AGAIN!
An absolutely amazing experience. Tom made this process as easy as possible. Just as simple as showing up and singing a few documents. Highly recommend you go see Tom and his team at Stockton. Top notch service all the way around.
The house next door to my family went on the market 2 weeks after we sold our home. It was the perfect situation EXCEPT we were not prepare to purchase another home so soon. The ONLY reason we got this home is the amazing team at Stockton. It's true in two ways. 1) In one phone call Tom educated me on the best strategy. 2) The sellers wanted a conventional loan offer. We didn't have that, but they took our offer because they worked with Tom and trusted Tom. I would recommend Tom to anyone.
