I had a GREAT experience with Tom! I'm so pleased with his job!
I usually don't write reviews, but I had to this time. Tom was extremely responsive and thorough through the entire process. He seemed to be working the loan at all hours, 7 days a week. And I was kept apprised of status and requirements constantly through the process. Even when I requested to change some of the terms mid process, he immediately adjusted and kept the entire thing on schedule. I have purchased 5 homes, and finance/refinanced 8 times in the past.
