Our family has been coming to this office since the kids were born. The staff and nurses have always been helpful and friendly. The doctors are very throughout and take their time keeping our littles healthy. Our youngest has asthma and they are always there to help when we need answers. The nurses phone line has definitely been there through over night concerns. We love it here!

We have been with Tonawanda since my son was born 6 years ago. They have been nothing but accommodating, friendly and supportive. I don’t think in 6 years we’ve had a negative reaction. We see Kerri N for both of my children and would recommend her to every parent I meet. She’s amazing!

I’ve been coming here for 16 years since the birth of my first child the office always is filled with wonderful nurses and wonderful doctors. My only few complaints I have is the waiting for the doctor to come in to the room to see my child and not willing to help them when they are visible suffering. I also would like to see them offer the kids juice or crackers or whatever snacks they have on hand so the kids feel more comfortable in an uncomfortable environment.

The office is always clean. The workers are all friendly and very helpful. Nurses are very comforting and my daughter loves her doctor. They're really fast getting things done.
