My only complaint, and it’s not with Tony, is the amount of financial info that’s required to be provided. If the applicant’s credit score is excellent i.e. 740 or above, he/she should be able to go through a much more streamlined process. The excellent credit score is proof the applicant is worth, and very low risk for the bank.

The team was very informative initially, and then responsive when we had questions. We appreciate the energy that was put into getting us the best arrangement for our refinance, which we would have never thought was possible.

Initial communication was great and we are very happy with the rate and closing fees. Communication around the closing itself was really sub-par. We were never actually told the time / date of the closing until about one hour before the virtual session.
