Tony and Amy both took the time to not only go out of their way when I came to them mid stream with another lender, but also got to know me personally with phone calls, texts and emails. Being in the aviation industry, our income and pay rates are so very out of the ordinary from what most other careers may have. Tony and I went line by line with several paystubs educating himself and we both laughing which made the process much more easy.

Tony and his team were very professional and helpful throughout the process of securing a mortgage, even when we had some extra bumps in the road such as apparent complications from having relocated to Charlotte from abroad, and buying a house that had most recently been sold less than 90 days before we went under contract. Tony remained upbeat and positive throughout, and his colleague Amy impressed me especially.
