Very unprofessional! I had my items damaged. One of the worst experiences ever!

Hi, Savinay,I hope you feel better, after leaving this Review. we had a deal, the deal was $ 100 an hour for 2 people and the minimum was 3 hours, including the packing service, but instead of sending 2 people we sent 3 so we can do it faster for the same price of 300 dollars But doing the job took longer, and when we finished you wanted us to unpack everything. which was already too long and not only that you wanted a discount which was not fair. They were late. Waited in the parking lot of my apartment complex, not notifying me they were there. Did not make any attempt to look for my apartment. Stalling to add time to the project. Charged for 3.5 hours when from start to finish (even their stalling for time) added up to 1.5 hours total. I will not use them again.
The job was done well and they were very responsive, which is all that's keeping me from rating this at one star. I had a simple furniture moving job (two pieces, just moving between rooms) that took less than an hour, and only after its completion did they tell me they have a three hour job minimum. So what was supposed to be a $100 job became a $300 job. Total bait and switch.
I had a very frustrating experience with Tony's company moving my studio to an apartment across town. We finalized details over the phone, but since I had a hard time understanding the person I was speaking with, I sent a text clarifying the details to be sure we were on the same page about the job and compensation.
