These guys are very slow and they were asking more money at the end, which I never agreed the owner Tony he will charge you necessarily for extra things which is never mentioned. They didn’t do a good job at all.
I never worked with them, but I'm glad I didn't. I asked for what the sizes of the boxes they provided and Tony was very vague. If you look at the low-rated reviews, you can even see them arguing with it. How mature. I guess asking for the measurements of a box is enough for Tony to throw a temper tantrum and cancel the job. Honey, I was already going to cancel on you, you just beat me to it.
Was quoted 110/hour + fuel for help moving some heavy things from a storage container into the house. Took 1 hour and they said they were told they'd get $380 for labor!! I offered Venmo or check and they said they will only accept cash. I ran to an ATM and pulled 200 in hopes that would be ok/I felt bad. Called the owner and he said actually there is a 300$ minimum (but not in the quote). Ultimately we settled but it was a very stressful experience
Pro Tip: Do not book any company for any service if you see them arguing with their past customers in their reviews. It usually means the customer was right. This company destroyed my 900 dollar couch. They packed garbage into my container which then leaked onto my couch and caused maggots to form. Not upfront about their price so beware. They charged 3 hr minimum, plus other extra fees ($450 for 2 hrs). Did a good job with the actual move.

TL;DR they will move slowly to push the hours up, “forget” items to charge you for driving, and do a terrible job at packing. I only needed my kitchen and a few miscellaneous things to be packed. What should have been a few hours max took them 6 hours. And they still missed items at my house. I had to go back and move myself! I was also told they would bring all the supplies but they did not have enough paper so I was charged for them going to the warehouse to pick up more. No show even though appointment to haul away furniture had been confirmed. I called the day prior to scheduled appointment and no call back, very disappointing.

Hi Ariela I don’t think your review was fair because I called you twice today to confirm if you still wanted our services since we are far away, you should check your missed calls and your voicemails.
Charged me an extra hour for their drive home. This was never discussed as a cost of service and they live south in San Mateo.
Scheduled and confirmed to help us move some heavy furniture at 9:00am. No showed and didn’t call. When I called at 9:30 to see where they were, they had completely forgotten and I had to scramble last minute to find someone else. Very disappointed.
