Very pleased with all purchases so far EXCEPT 1: chose the wrong color Lloyd Mat. I re-ordered and replacement is perfect. HOWEVER I suggest your policy be changed. Give full credit to customer when an exchange is agreed too and require customer pay return shipping. Thanks, Bill Mullinix
