Exceptional customer service from all staff members from the beginning to the very end of our visit. They answered all of our questions and addressed every concern in a respectful and compassionate manner. I definitely recommend this vets office. Charlotte and I will be back. :)

Great vet hospital. I have been taking by dogs to Paw Creek for several years. The staff are very friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable. Dr. Spangler is an amazing vet. I took my 3 year old GSD to him and found out my dog has a very rare form of Lupus. Dr. Spangler has been wonderful in researching this disease and treating my dog. He keeps me informed of any new information he finds out about this horrible disease and even works after hours to learn all he can so he can give my dog the best treatment possibl... read more

I really disagree with the negative reviews -- that is not my experience. When our very old dog finally needed to be euthanized a few years ago , we could not have found a more caring vet and staff. I then got two puppies and have been bringing them to Total Bond ever since. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and all of the vets are excellent and spend lots of time with each animal patient. I've had both dogs groomed there, and they did a fantastic job. At this time of Thanksgiving, my wife and I would like to thank the all the doctors and staff for all the care, love, and consideration we received for our cats. As we were looking for a place, we called around several other places locally to take our cats and received either no attention, lack of attention, and even unwanted attention. Great veterinary clinic, this location and the one at Mt Island as well. I use this one specifically for boarding and spa services for my Golden and they know us by name though it might have been a few months since the last visit. The vets are all super nice and if they are booked when you are trying to get in they'll work with you to get you in at the Mt Island location a few miles down the road (great people there too!). I had asked about the prices in advance. Nevertheless, when I was at the checkout, I had to pay more than they had told me. I told the administrator that they had quoted me a different price, and she just said "I'm sorry."

I'm writing to express my frustration and disappointment following a call I made this morning to reschedule a missed recheck appointment for my 14-year-old, 5-pound dog. I had seen the doctor a month ago, and they asked me to bring her back in. When I called to do that, Cindy repeatedly interrupted me, spoke over me, and insisted my dog needed additional procedures--including a rabies vaccine--despite that having nothing to do with the purpose of my call. They removed my negative review so here I am writing another one. I have all day long to write reviews on businesses that do not meet standards and this office is noticeably incompetent! Basic functions like nail clipping is a challenge for them as my pup has been there at least 3 times and all 3 times they have an excuse as to why they can't trim his nails. If you're afraid of big dogs maybe you should advertise your office as a TOY BREED VET OFFICE. I wouldn't recommend nor would I return.

if I could give minus stars I would I took my dog to an emergency vet clinic then followed up with total bond. two more sets of X-rays and meds my dog was still sick. I asked if they ever read the first set of X-rays from the emergency vet clinic no one would give me a straight answer. I wrote the practice one answered my letter. I changed vets My dog has cancer it was established after a quick physical exam and then a test. no X-rays needed. this practice is awful. stay away
