I came in for abdominal pain and since the moment my husband asked for a wheelchair I felt like we were I. Good hands. I’m from San Antonio and the young man Allen immediately came with wheelchair and assisted us getting inside. When I brought to room In the back Dr. Chien and Heather were waiting. Dr Chien was so kind and caring including my mom with information. Heather was gentle in handling my pain and quick to help with any concerns. Rich was so kind when doing the CT scan. Overall.. Start off with the receptionist she was nice she took every information down that I had asked her the staff was professional and the doctors and the nurse they took real good care of me this is the place to go if you're sick Total Care will take care of you real professional.

This is the second time I have turned to this office for care, and they have been fantastic both times. I was able to be seen quickly, and they took time to explain how to care for my injury as well instructions for using the crutches I was prescribed. Very professional staff that I highly recommend.

Amazing treatment. Everyone on staff was so kind and helpful. They even went out of their way to find me a hospital nearby to continue treatment, as I’d told them we were new in town and weren’t familiar with doctors yet. I am so grateful for the attention they gave. It made me feel like I was truly cared about in a hard time.
