I had to go to the total care. Emergency, and the staff was so amazing, from the receptionist Erica to Dr. Rivera, Kaylee and Carla. They explain everything to me the what was being done and why is being done. kudos to Total Care the Desoto location.

The emergency service was very much appreciated. The nurse and doctor were on point and explained the problem thoroughly. This place is the best I've had to visit for an emergency.

On August 20, 2025, I had to go to the emergency room at total care. They were so amazing from the receptionist to the ER room and also Dr. Regina Rivera and the nurse named Jeffrey. They was so amazing. Everything was wonderful thank you you guys.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. Service time was conveniently and timely. Dr. Lee is hilarious. His bedside manner is superb!

All staff were attentive, respectful, and caring. My entire family suffered minor injuries from a car accident and we were all well taken care of. This will be my go-to urgent care center. Dr. Shah, RN Kalee, and not quite sure of the RT who was a great help with our experience. But thank you again.

Great staff! Had extreme pain in the lower left side of my stomach. Come to find out I have kidney stones. Nurse was amazing. They ran a plethora of test just to confirm what they thought it was. Took them about 15-20min to get me to the back to start the process. Everyone working on me was knowledgeable, professional and kind. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone I care about.

After an accident with my hand Dr. Shah stitched me up beautifully. The front desk lady Ms. Erica was very friendly, compassionate and caring. The RN Kalee and RT Kebreon were amazing as well. Total care will definitely be my go to for emergency care they are great and wait times are almost non existent. Definitely recommend!!
