Team was amazing. One of, if not the most pleasant experiences when dealing when going to the emergency room. Would absolutely suggest going here in a medical emergency. Clean, fast and everyone took the time to educate you about your issue with a smile.

I visited this facility this morning with an infected cat bite. The first thing I noticed was how clean the facility was. The receptionist was awesome and very helpful. After filling out the paperwork, I was immediately seen and treated. I was in and out in no time, complete with after-care instructions. The fact they provide 24 hour care is awesome. If I need emergency care in the future, I will definitely go back. Highly recommended.

I previously went to this facility and received good care but on last night absolutely not. I basically had to beg the physician to make sure I didn’t leave the way I came in with still having Nausea, Vomiting and Severe Abdominal pain, but everything was an argument or disagreement from the front desk to the physicians. I came in at 3 AM on 6/11 because my eye had been bothering me throughout the night. At home, when I looked at my eye, I could see a small fragment of something but was unable to get it out after multiple attempts. Finally, I decided to come here because of the pain and discomfort. The check in process was easy. First of all, I really enjoyed the visit; however, when I received a breakdown of the bill, it was fraudulent!! I visited the ER for a fractured elbow. The only thing they did was an x-ray, sling and they monitor blood pressure. They charged my insurance for over $8032 of services that was not rendered. The sad thing is my insurance paid and my portion is only $156.64. I refuse to pay and I will be contacting my insurance company to let them know to open up an investigation.
