At the age of 74, I have had a number of real estate closings both as a seller and buyer. Without question, my experience with Touchstone was the absolute worst. There were a number of communications throughout process regarding items that should not have been an issue and a waste of my time. However, the most serious unprofessional and unethical action of the attorney was to add an additional $500 charge on the final closing disclosure document WITHOUT informing me. That is unacceptable.
