There is a short video that accurately shows you exactly how to use the app. We purchased a 3-day pass for 2 adults and it was easy to navigate and use at the destinations. Our featured tours were booked and I just gave my name. The standard tours used a 3 digit code and everyone knew exactly what it was and what to do. The hardest part is trying to fit in as much as possible since most attractions close at 4 or 5 pm. We did so much with this pass! It was so easy to use the app. The people working at all the standard places knew exactly what to do when you said you had a tourpass. I think my families favorite thing was the Ghost tour at the USS Yorktown!

My husband and I really enjoyed the tour passes we purchased. The hop on hop off trolley was great. And the historical aspect of the tours was so good. All of our guides were quite charming as well as informative. Would definitely book again in any of your venues.
