I purchased a 4 day Tour Pass for 7 people (2 adults, 5 13-20) for Charleston. Before purchasing, I spent much time trying to determine the best way to save money with 7 people. Things I liked: The app is very easy to use. Customer service is excellent. I had one issue trying to book a featured tour. I sent Tour Pass a text message. The responded immediately and the issue was fixed in 5 minutes. This pass has most of the top visited sites and a few not so visited.
