My group took a tour on New Years Day. It was all very entertaining, informative, and educational. I cannot imagine there is a better way to take in so much about the rich culture, history, stories behind the landmarks of Saint Augustine. Our driver and guide was Nick. And it was a real pleasure to meet him.

We had trouble being able to redeem gifted coupons. Even the Tour Pass agent over the phone had difficulties sorting it out. Once we had them, however, we thoroughly enjoyed the visits we made in Charleston.

We used the Tour Pass in St Augustine and enjoyed our visit very much. We went on the Hop On Hop Off Trolley, the Lightener Museum, and the Pirates and Treasurers Museum as our featured tours. We went thru several standard tours and enjoyed them. We did run into problems with the online check in process. Some areas of St Augustine do not have good internet access, which meant that we could not check in using our smart phone. Much time was wasted and our schedule had to be rearranged.
