We used the Tour Pass in Charleston for our family vacation. With nine of us, it made it very simple to select locations that suited everyone and it also made scheduling tours easy as you can do that through the pass itself. My wife and I recently visited Charleston and chose the Tour Pass. The website was very easy to understand and to use.
