All of the staff were professional, kind, informative, knowledgeable, and efficient. All staff did a great job of making a trip to the dentist "unscary" 🤐.....😅
The wait time was short and on time when arriving. The process was fast and done professionally with no errors. I was given clear advice once done and things that I should get checked out before it becomes a problem, then a new appointment was made for my next visit.
The moment I walked in the door, the friendly staff took care of initial paperwork and made me feel welcome. The doctors and assistants made me feel comfortable and I got a lot of help with knowing all my options.
Staff was excellent and made me feel very comfortable!
The dental hygienist was great, but the Doctor I normally see was not in. Therefore, I was seen by another Dr. He asked what I was going to do about the teeth I had pulled? And I replied...well I know I don't want dentures. The Dr. said to me "well you better start saving for implants." First of all that was unprofessional and how would he know if I had money or not. If my regular Dr. Is not there I'm not coming.
I was pleased how fast I was acomadated with an appt and the friendly staff. I Havnt had any work done yet but the best part is I feel I am a patient in their facility. At this point I would recommend and so hope I can say the same after my upcoming appts. Praying I will b pleased with the final experience. At this point I can't say enough for the staff I been extremely impressed and hope after treatment I can say the same and that I will b able to say Iam happy again with my smile.
