Office staff and hygienist are terrific. Great with children! Great system for reminding us about appointments. However, we've had to wait for a dentist to arrive every time we had a morning appointment.

The doctors do come in to work a little later than the hygienists do - perhaps we can make your next visit in the office a 9.10am appointment as that will cut any wait time. Staff was very courteous, honest, and straightforward. Everyone gave great customer service and explained next steps in the process. Most of all, I appreciated the consultation at the end about my next appointments and put of pocket costs vs. insurance coverage. I am satisfied with my experience so far and will be getting my boyfriend to become a patient as well, now that I've tested the waters.
