This practice is horrible! They do not care about their patients and when you write a complaint on their Facebook page because they won’t return your emails or phone calls they remove the negative comments and only post positive comments. BEWARE! I was a patient of Dr. Brett and he seemed nice and knowledgeable but once I paid for the appliance he suggested I needed he said he could not help me anymore. I have no clue how this place has so many positive reviews. Our entire families experience there was a nightmare. First off, they did not do a good job on a family members dental work and then refused to do anything about it. They ended up advising us if the following, quoting directly from their email (yes email, they did not even bother with a call or anything). I been taking my 3 kids here for about 10 years, unfortgently I took sick and was hospitalize for a week ,I had to cancel that appt five years ago... Which was in 2012 . I been with them since 2008..Unfortgently in 2017 my car would not start I call them the day before my appt around 2:00 in the evening to cancel because I had no way and no money to get there, they told me because I cancel an appt in 2012 that they would have to charge me a fee of $35.00 per child because that's their policy. I'm a single with five kids.
