"friendly" Excellent & very friendly, the right person to be in the front line, always tell me the right advice for my car...............always try to talk to her every time my two cars is up for service coz i know that she will tell me which is priority to be done.

"Great Customer Service" Haneen is very helpful and friendly. She's knowledgeable and is very patient to answer any question that you may have. Manager Johnny Yu takes extra care to make sure customers are satisfied and happy with the service.

"Great experience" Hey!!......it was my first time purchasing a car. I felt so much better after talking with Gerry. I think he is doing great work along with Alan Lim, who helped me with finances. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and acquaintances. I am so happy with my purchase and Gerry has walked me through with everything. "Parts Employees" The guys in the Parts Dept were wonderful! My son wanted a battery charger for his Prius & Hylander as a Christmas gift. I asked another dealership about type and availability of correct charger and got no help. Pat answered the Parts' phone when I called Kingsway and knew exactly what I needed. He ordered it for me and Ian called me today to say it was in. I picked it up this afternoon (and received a surprise bag of swag with the charger!). "The thought that counts. " Great loaner viehical program and shuttle service in place. That is much appreciated on a busy work day, not having to sit and waste time.

"Excellent Customer Service" Haneen was very friendly and welcoming the minute I stepped into the service department. So many people give the bare minimum when it comes to customer service these days but you can tell that Haneen enjoys her job by the way she interacts with customers.
