"Our journey to buy an SUV" After Joan and myself met Damion Stodola our salesman we knew we had found the person and then company that would help in the process. He was friendly professional and very knowledgeable he helped us navigate the buying of a used Toyota. At no time did we feel pressure to buy and I would recommend him to any of my family or friends.

"Excellent service and dealership" From the time I pulled in to the time I left, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The personnel I dealt with were very friendly, knowledgeable, and relaxed. Hanna is a gem. She knows her stuff, but more importantly, she is extremely friendly. As an older person, I appreciate the fact that she does not push or rush you. She smiles a lot and makes you feel special. I was thinking of intentionally wrecking something cheap on my car so that I would have an excuse to come and visit.

"Vehicle maintenance service" As always, received same great service and advice from Hanan on the Camry. Thank you for the breakfast voucher except Toyota no longer offer Aeroplan miles!

"Happy Customer." I bought a used 2016 Honda here, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service. "Exceptional Customer Service" Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Both Ian and Bob were fun and friendly to deal with and very professional. They made the experience very easy. The truck was supposed to take up to 6 months to come in and was delivered in less then 3!! I would highly recommend Ian, Bob and Toyota Northwest if you are in the market for a vehicle.
"Very Reliable Service Advisor." Hanan is the 'only' service department employee in Toyota Northwest Edmonton that I trust. She is very reliable, friendly, and resourceful.
