"Honest Salesperson" I have been dealing on a Toyota Highlander for the last few days and found two dealers with the same car. I happened to go to the other dealer first but Ali contacted me very soon after and was very honest, upfront and competitive. I ended up going to the other location to make the purchase only because it is closer to where I live and work but I truly appreciated Ali's hard work, timely responses and honest upfront attitude.
"Part's replacement" Hanan personally phoned me when the part ordered for Camry arrived, so I could scheduled service appointment. Aeroplan miles was promptly credited too.Thank you!
"Awesome experience" I had the opportunity to work with Rene. I had a number of questions for him which he answered promptly and professionally. He was very well informed about the product and was more interested in making sure that it met my needs. Definitely someone that I would recommend to see about buying a vehicle!
"Regular vehicles maintenance" Service advisor Jordana was able to booked me in for two vehicles regular maintenance in the same day,delivered on time and complimentary car washes. Jordana was patient and thorough explaining what need to be done. She registered my Aeroplan number on September 18 and I got miles credited promptly on September 21. And enjoy complimentary breakfast at the cafeteria.
"All about the customer service rep." This was not my first visit to the dealership but the other trips were ordinary. "Ahmed was amazing and helpful with no pressure" Walked in to shop around and not sure if I should finance or lease. Ahmed approached me and helped me out at the door.
