"Great Customer Service, poor service shop" Marni H. was great at customer service. She bent over backwards to help my situation with engine replacement on my 2003 Toyota Corolla. However, the service shop was another story. Had to take my car in twice back to back to get everything fixed. In the end my car was fixed to my satisfaction.
