"Salim was courteous and very professional" Salim Dossa was the courtesy service driver. He is very courteous, nice and a good conversationalist. He was on time when I called him to pick me up.
"Excellent Service by Jeeeva Mylsamy" I was there last week for my 2009 Toyota Corolla XRS. I met Mr. Jeeva Mylsamy, who is very professional, helpful and knows exactly what he is doing.I would suggest all my friends go to this location and see him. He has a superior level of customer service skill. I would suggest everyone visiting this place to see Mr. Mylsamy. I will be going there every time from now because of him, I was going somewhere else before. Since I talk to him, i do not want to go anywhere.

"Expedient" Even though I was not on the daily shuttle schedule, Salim was able to pick me up and drop me off at the dealership within 45 minutes of my phone call! Marni ensured that only the most important repairs were made on both of our vehicles in order to keep costs reasonable. Hanan processed my invoice in a very courteous and professional manner. She is always a joy to talk to.

Ali worked with me to solve any issues that arose and did so very quickly. He gave me the service I needed so I would highly recommend both him and the dealership. "Great Experience" Haneen was informative from the minute she met me when I arrived at the service centre. She informed me what I should expect and then answered any questions I had. Also, what I impressed me the most is she actually called me to clarify the diagnosis of my car and asked me if it was alright to go ahead with the repairs.
