"Always excellent and friendly service !" Whenever I come into my Toyota dealership to have my car serviced I am always quickly and warmly greeted! Staff never fails to help me understand exactly what my car repairs involve and the estimated costs. "car service" Haneen was very helpful as soon as I entered the dealership. She went above and beyond to make the service run smooth. I will recommend her to my other family members and friends.
"Friendly service" This is the second time in 10 days that I have been here and I had Marni greet me both times. She is super friendly and I don't mind paying for servicing when I can be treated so nicely. I had a tire losing air and I was able to get in the same day I called. Marni acted like it was important to her that I get my car serviced properly and \i hope \i get her to look after me the next time I need to come.
"Friendly, quality front-line service for Prius repair" Haneen was a pleasure to deal with. She provided friendly and clear communication with respect to repairs and maintenance on my 2006 Prius. Her quality service made costly repairs to my long out-of-warranty car a little easier to digest. Saleem was also great. I enjoyed our conversations each shuttle trip and he was very accommodating to my pick-up needs and schedule.
"Willing to Help" I was really impressed with the service center this time around. They were super helpful, answered all my question & concerns. They got back to me quickly and Haneen Halabi helped me so much, she was awesome. If I got her every time I would always go back.
"Saleem is great!" My shuttle experience is always great, I had Saleem both times and hope to get him again if I need a shuttle again. He's on time, safe and friendly!
