She ensures that i get a shuttle ride right away and goes out of her way to make sure that my work schedule is not impacted by a routine car maintenance. She communicates well the needs of the car and explains really well when certains repairs are needed. If you need to get your Car checked, make sure you go to Toyota Kingsway to see Hanan Borhot, you will not regret it.

"Service advisor" Recently took my Highlander in for service and winter tires installed.My service advisor was Marni. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She made the pain of the bill more pleasant because of her pleasant manner. The vehicle was ready when promised and so far all seems fine. "Great service" We bought our vehicle here in 2008 and continue to come back because of the great service staff. Hanan was very helpful in navigating a number of requests and various inquiries. She was extremely professional and had great suggestions. Always a pleasure to deal with.
"Never been any happier with the phenomenal service" I brought my truck about 4 months ago. I went in and seen Hanan Borhot so she can help me with obtaining shuttle service to the rental place where she also set up a vehicle for pick for me. I came from calgary alberta to edmonton for a business meeting so I had very few hours so drop my truck and pick up the rental. "Service visit review" Really helpfull service staff...including the shuttle driver. As always, went on with two different cars on two separate days and was able to have the cars ready by lunch on both days.
