"Combination of respect, kindness and budget" Me and my wife went to this dealership to buy a pre-owned RAV4. we already had a car in mind after exchanging lots of emails with Anya and Roneil. Both were very nice and helped us find a perfect car that matched our need and our budget. "Great Rav4" Dealership and employees treated us very well although the whole process seemed like it took a long time. 4 hours is a little much. All in all we got a great vehicle at a great price.
"Had a budget and they stuck to it!" My husband and I went in with a set budget and they did everything to not only meet our budget, but exceeded the expectations for the vehicle my husband wanted. Justin our sales agent was literally running back and forth from the lot to find a vehicle which my husband would LOVE!! We left the dealership at 1:00pm and they called us at 9:40pm to say they finished the paperwork and we could get the car the next day! They have officially blown us away with amazing service!!!

"Excellent experience only because I dealt with Roneil" Roneil made my car purchase experience excellent. I recently bought a pre-owned 2010 Toyota Venza. A very respectful person, and not pushy like others. I was very comfortable dealing with him.
