"Told me what I needed to Hear" After an initial talk with another sales employee looking at the prospect of getting a Sienna AWD, I visited Honda to also look for the Odyssey. But came back and talked to Gerry for another round of selection. "Wonderful experience" Gerry was there right from the start until the end of the process. He started assisting me thru messenger and then that's it, He got me a nice deal and was able to get a brand new highlander and helped me get rid of my old car which I think I have been overpaying for a long time. At the dealership, everything turned out to be easier as I could imagine, everybody was friendly and Gerry assisted me and my wife up until we left the dealership with our new car. "Shuttle service" I had Zahir as my shuttle driver today. He is a courteous and friendly guy. Zahir drove me to work and picked me up at lunch time so that I could retrieve my vehicle when it was done. He is a good driver. He seems to know the city well and he gets you where you need to be in a timely manner and most importantly he gets you there safely.
"Awesome service experience at Kingsway Toyota" I had my Toyota Rav 4 2014 1 year service and oil change. Had an awesome service starting from the booking of the appt, coming to my appt, shuttle service to work and pick up.
"Justin was AMAZING! " This is my third vehicle I have purchased from Kingsway Toyota. And each of my experiences were great. "Kingsway professional service" I have a nice time when I purchased my new Toyota RAV4 2016 Shadi offered a perfect customer service and offer me a great deal to buy a leased SUV His attitude was perfect and deligent and I will refere more friends to buy New Toyota and recommended the precious customer treatment from Shadi. Maja is a great helper and offering a nice assistance to complete the deal and finish the paperwork. John the director of finance is another example of the real Toyota service and teamwork .
"Issues during/after sale but the GM worked with me to solve" I purchased a used RAV4 from this dealership and everything went great until I signed the contract, then I got into issues: the loan rate doubled vs. what we originally agreed and had to spend several hours until we have reached an agreement. I later realized that the car was slightly hail damaged and reported that to the dealership with pictures.
