Carlos was beyond helpful with getting me in my new truck when my highlander with nearly 300,000 miles finally had to be laid to rest! He was friendly and worked hard to get us a good price and financed! I was super stressed that I left my sunpass in the loaner car that I used while we were getting the new truck financed, he was able to retrieve it and kept it for me safe and sound!
