I would first like to say this was the smoothest easiest experience I've ever had when it comes to moving. I would like to acknowledge David Cunningham and Debbie Burns for being very friendly, and pleasant throughout the entire process. Customer service was excellent, as well as the communication. I'm grateful to T.R. Lawing on choosing me to rent out this apartment! My cousin who lives near by told me about it and I hurried up and jumped on it! I'm loving my new apartment and I alot closer to my family members as well! 💯

20 years ago, we decided to leave our Townhouse in the University Area and move into a larger home thanks to our growing family. Although we had no experience in owning a rental property, my wife and I decided to keep the Townhouse as a rental/investment. Someone had recommended T.R.
