I've been a property owner working with TR Lawing for almost 10 years now. Mr. Thad Gant, along with his assistant, Ms. Gloria Love and the team have done a great job in vetting tenants. Each tenant has taken good care of my property and we have never missed a rent payment! Repairs, if needed, are done in a timely manner by licensed tradespeople. She was very responsive, explained what steps she would take, and that she would follow-up with photos once the issue was resolved.
