I've been a property owner working with TR Lawing for almost 10 years now. Mr. Thad Gant, along with his assistant, Ms. Gloria Love and the team have done a great job in vetting tenants. Each tenant has taken good care of my property and we have never missed a rent payment! Repairs, if needed, are done in a timely manner by licensed tradespeople. I (we) really appreciate the service provided by Yvonne Fitzsimmons regarding an issue with our property at 600 Gaywood Drive. She was very responsive, explained what steps she would take, and that she would follow-up with photos once the issue was resolved. She was very professional, very pleasant, and demonstrated "5 Star Service" on a "5 Star" scale.
