My wife and I just purchased our first home with Tracy's help. Although the home buying process can seem confusing and nerve-wracking in the beginning, Tracy walked us through every step of the way and answered all of our questions. Tracy was amazing. She made the complicated process of buying a house out of state easy. She responded immediately. Gave us information as soon as she received it, including a Saturday night. Her knowledge helped us in a situation where we had incorrect information and with one of us flying out to closing it was important we had all the correct information and documentation. If it wasn't for her we wouldn't have been able to take possession when we did.I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Tracy!!!

We are out of State buyers and didn't know that in Nevada you need to had a letter showing that you are prequalified prior to submitting a offer. Tracy was able to get us prequalified within a hour so that we could make a offer on our home.There was a misunderstanding by our realtor and when Tracy found out she handled the situation promptly and saved me a extra trip from out of state.My wife did not come to the closing and I signed for her with her power of attorney. I have had such an amazing experience working with Tracy and Bobi. Throughout the loan process I felt well informed and comfortable the entire time. Being first time home buyers from out of state, the process was very scary and overwhelming... It was a huge process!! Tracy was very professional and 100% attentive and supportive to all our needs. She cared so much for my family. She treated us as friends. I will always use her for any real estate needs that I may have in the future.
