Tracy was amazing. She made the complicated process of buying a house out of state easy. She responded immediately. Gave us information as soon as she received it, including a Saturday night. Her knowledge helped us in a situation where we had incorrect information and with one of us flying out to closing it was important we had all the correct information and documentation. We are out of State buyers and didn't know that in Nevada you need to had a letter showing that you are prequalified prior to submitting a offer. Tracy was able to get us prequalified within a hour so that we could make a offer on our home.There was a misunderstanding by our realtor and when Tracy found out she handled the situation promptly and saved me a extra trip from out of state.My wife did not come to the closing and I signed for her with her power of attorney.
