It's not easy to get a mortgage especially when it happens to be your first. From day one, from the filling up up of the application form up to the closing of the mortgage and purchase of the house, Tracy was right there with me. With her knowledge, her professionalism with a smile, she made me feel at home. She walked me through the documentation and other requirements and all the time making me feel secure instead of being tied in anxiety knots. I will not have second thoughts about recommending her to anyone.

Tracy did an excellent job she was very professional very knowledgeable and was able to close our home purchase loan. During this time she was very patient and understanding of our situation as we were purchasing remote from California. Everything worked out in the end, and we are very pleased with our new home.

I highly recommend Tracy if your considering buying a house. Tracy was responsive, understanding and helpful throughout the process. I have purchased several homes, and I can say "she is the hardest working mortgage broke in Las Vegas." Tracy returns calls promptly and always keeps you informed. Tracy is a professional at what she does and I would definitely work with her again.

Incredible!!!! We had a really hard time financing, receiving help with down payments from family members, and we didn't live in Nevada throughout the process. Tracy was always available to speak to me, my husband or my family members. She was very helpful and very honest. Tracy and her team made our buying our house as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend Tracy Logan!!!!!

This our second experience with Tracy Logan and her team of experts and as a busy working family, we were just as pleased with how quickly and professionally she and anyone she referred us to took care of our questions and their responsibilities. We got our first house yesterday. When we first went to Tracy's office, we knew nothing about loans, how the whole system works, we wanted to see if we can get a home loan. Not only that she explained everything to us in detail, walked us through all the process and requirements that needed to be met, but she made it happen for us in such an easy and professional manner that we've been able to close in record time.
