The service member from Trademark Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning called us prior to arriving and arrived at the scheduled time in the Sagle area on Monday 26 May 2025. He was very professional, courteous, pleasant and even brought his own booties to walk on our floors. He stated that our mini split did not require a lot of work as it wasn't very dirty. He was here approximately an hour and a half.
Mike Cassady, a great guy by the way, from Trademark Mechanical conducted an annual inspection on our gas furnace. He was very professional and very thorough. He discussed the inspection process with me while he was going over his checklist and let me know if there any issues. He also flushed the water heater. Thank you for doing an excellent job Mike!

After Edson Diaz, service tech, did a seasonal inspection of my HVAC system I decided to have both units replaced. Having been in the heating trades for 43 years (in Alaska) I completely understood all concerns Edson was sharing with me. At 14 years old and poor maintenance by the former home owner, I felt our current furnace could be near its final days.
