Originally gave 5 star rating because we were rather pleased with Taylor who is very personable. However, it turns out that we were charged $400 to have the boiler cleaned and have water added to have the pressure increased. I think the more confusing aspect of the visit is that we actually hired Trademark to perform three tasks but they only did one (inspected and cleaned the boiler). Frustrating company to work with. Attentive when there were thousands of dollars on the line for a new furnace, but then impossible to get ahold of after the money had been paid. The gentleman who came and did the quote was nice enough but promised many things that apparently “couldn’t be done” when the installers came. We have failed our inspection twice now. I highly recommend Trademark Mechanical. Their field tech James C. Is a rock star! He made quick work in diagnosing and repairing our Carrier minisplit heat pump. He's courteous, friendly, and professional. In addition to James, I also have to mention the very courteous and friendly staff that answer the phones and schedule appointments. Top notch team! I highly recommend this company

Not a lot to say but such an amazing and professional crew. They worked very efficiently and professionally got a whole furnace and AC system install done in one day. Would definitely recommend Trademark to anyone.

I was absolutely blown away at the professionalism, pricing, and the way my Tech, Dan conducted himself. James and Dan did a heat exchanger inspection and found multiple compromises in my heating system that could lead to hazardous materials entering our home. We used another local business since moving here in 2006. The camera they used to find the compromises has not been used by other companies.
