Myler filed my initial claim in March, 2020. I was denied in June, 2020. Myler filed my reconsideration in June, 2020. I was approved in September, 2020 upon reconsideration. Despite having to fill out a lot of paperwork the entire process was flawless. The associates were very informative and courteous. I was not able to speak to someone only once, but I left a voice mail. My call was returned about and hour later. I was not eligible to receive any back pay because my claim was settled in 5 months. Myler did a very good job for me. They responded quickly to my calls and answered all my questions. The front line workers aren’t always fully knowledgeable on the intricacies of disability law, but if you ask they’ll go up the chain and get your questions answered. My caseworker at Social Security said they’d never seen such a well-put-together application. I did get approved quickly, though I know Myler can’t promise that every time. They’re really good at what they do.
