Myler filed my initial claim in March, 2020. I was denied in June, 2020. Myler filed my reconsideration in June, 2020. I was approved in September, 2020 upon reconsideration. Despite having to fill out a lot of paperwork the entire process was flawless. The associates were very informative and courteous. I was not able to speak to someone only once, but I left a voice mail. My call was returned about and hour later. I was not eligible to receive any back pay because my claim was settled in 5 months.
