Sp far theu jave **** proactive and keeping me informed. My only complaint is with the medical facility I had to go to for evaluation. Long wait times and a not very helpful receptionist.

I have to admit, at first ,I was wary of going with an outside party to help increase my benefits, but they were nothing but helpful. Person i talked to made me feel like he was in a rush. He repeated himself as i could not make out what he was saying as he was speaking very quickly. Questions were answered but I felt rushed.
