I contacted Trajector in April 2023. From the first interaction up to the last, I was satisfied with the service Trajector Medical provides. It is all above board and the service I received was as advertised. Trajector Medical did not make any promises to me other than vowing to assist me in submitting the appropriate papework for my ********. Trajector kept their word and conducted follow-up with me at regular intervals during the process. Based on my satisfaction with this company, I have referred a few friends to them.

My experience with Trajector was very smooth. They do all the legwork, all you have to do is review and sign paperwork and attend your appointments. I have recommended them to all my Veteran friends when they ask me about the rating process. I would recommend using a free service like DAV for your initial claim so you don't end up having to pay as much to Trajector, which is what I did. That being said, you get what you pay for. The free services simply aren't as good.
