My experience with everyone I talked with was excellent. That includes the personnel that answered the telephone. They were courteous, informative , and didnt rush you off the phone. They worked with you until they were sure you understood or got all your questions answered. They also were quick to refer you to someone that would clarify your questions on an issue that was out of their realm of expertise.
Trajector was very helpful along the way. I am still waiting for news on the outcome, but everyone I spoke to at trajector always gave me what I needed to get the ball rolling.

Initially it was a terrible experience. However, once I started working with ******** everything was smooth and completely professionally. She actually cared. I was about to cancel my dealing with Trajector, ******** saved the relationship. I have even started recommending others based on her professionalism.
I'm impressed so far with customer service she took the time to listen to my concerns and was able to move the information on to the next level, so in two weeks which will be around October 2, 2023 we'll be expecting a follow-up call....
