I had an awesome experience with Trajector Medical. They were very professional and courteous. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. They returned calls immediately and relieved me of what would have been a stressful process. Every person on their staff was wonderful to me. I would refer them to anyone needing assistance with claim process.

Trajector has made my dealings with the VA so much simpler and have gotten me a lot farther than if I had tried going through the VA process on my own. The staff has always been pleasant and professional and made sure I was prepared for my appoints. i appreciate what you have done for me and my claim, BUT i was told by you trajector, that i would be getting back pay from the time i started my claim, i didnt get it and even worse apparently you didnt even try to get it, you can see i made a few attempts to make payment arrangements i think 4 attempts until i finally spoke to the second person again , i still havent received a explanation to why i didnt get any back payment, i do thank and appreciate what you have done ,

Trajector was a God send! I have PTSD and feel overwhelmed easily and don't like filling out forms and making appointments and going through all the ** the VA has for you for compensation, making you to jump through hoops just to deny your claims anyway. Trajector handled everything and all I had to do was show up for testing and examinations. I wouldn't have been able to do this on my own.
