Our grandfather went into the hospital on Friday evening. We were given a grim prognosis, we knew it would be fast. We knew we did not want him to suffer. We talked about hospice and someone brought up what can they do that the hospital can not do. Well, working for part of the Transitions Hospice family my sister and I knew what hospice could offer.
