RecommendedAlthough my mother only required 1 day of Hospice Care the speed in which the Transitions team worked my mother was not alone when she past. Megan McCarrell was one of the most professional, compassionate, down to earth individuals I've met in a long time. Thank you Transitions!

RecommendedI hope this is the same Transitions that takes care of the Danville Il. area,but. our mother was taken to hospital in Saturday the 11th of march, diagnosed with terminal cancer the 13th, and we were able to her her home was the 15th. the care and compassion that these people showed our mom was beyond words. they ask for nothing, and really never left moms side. mom passed at 836 pm on March 18th 2017 . we couldn't of some it without the help of each one who was ther. RecommendedOur grandfather went into the hospital on Friday evening. We were given a grim prognosis, we knew it would be fast. We knew we did not want him to suffer. We talked about hospice and someone brought up what can they do that the hospital can not do. Well, working for part of the Transitions Hospice family my sister and I knew what hospice could offer. RecommendedWhat a blessing all of these people are! They were with us every step of the way and led my father through a very peaceful transition!! Don't let the town they are listed in (Huntley) scare you! We live in Joliet and it never stopped them from being here when needed! Mos of the team of caregivers we had for my Dad were actually from around here. I can't say enough good about them!! If you need a Hospice Group, please consider using Transitions! A decision I don't think you would regret!!
