The actual tree trimming was done very well. The crew arrived on time and cleaned up after. Customer service on the phone could use some improvement. They seemed a little snippy at times.
The professionals from Tree pros were great that they came to take a tree stump from the property and was great and I would recommend them to family, friends and neighbors.

While I had a problem connecting to Tree Pros through HomeAdvisor (on hold for 13 minutes). After hanging up, a CSR returned my call within 2 minutes and a company rep was out within 48 hrs to give me an estimate on cutting 1 Willow Acacia down, topping another 1 and trimming a 3rd. At $500.00, I thought it was a great value. The 4 man crew was out 7 days later, and 1.25 hours earlier than expected. All of them were very professional and polite guys.
